By using TicketCircle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TicketCircle is a private group management tool for season ticket holders. You must be invited by an admin to join a circle. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
TicketCircle tracks payment obligations between circle members but does not process payments directly. Financial disputes between members are the responsibility of the members involved.
You may not use TicketCircle to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the app's operation.
TicketCircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketCircle and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
